This Toffee was inspired by a combination of the owner's mom’s famous toffee recipe & a family tradition of tapping maple trees for the last 60 years, they swapped out the almonds and added cocoa nibs for a nut-free toffee. MN Maple Toffee was born! They use local Maple Syrup. This toffee is topped with bean to bar, single origin, TC Chocolate made in Fergus Falls, MN.
